Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Large Format national accounts leadership. You will perform complex analyses, deliver ad hoc insights, and assist monthly reporting to inform strategic decisions.

You will also create presentations for the sales team, develop relationships with customers, and stay current on industry trends that impact growth initiatives. The role requires 2+ years in CPG and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience interpreting sales data and analyzing results to provide actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Albertsons, you will perform analyses and provide recommendations to support the Large Format Sales Leadership teams decision-making, and to grow our sales and long-term channel strategy. You will be the primary contact for information in our Large Format account universe on assigned accounts, and partner with Large Format national account management with information to implement retailer and national business plans.

Job Description

NATIONAL SALES DATA ANALYSIS

• Perform complex analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team based on different reports and data sources
• Deliver ad hoc analysis as defined by the assigned account leaders
• Assist with the monthly reporting in collaboration with Trade Finance and Business Insights Teams

LARGE FORMAT NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PARTNERSHIP

• Produce compelling fact-based presentations supporting Red Bull’s sales team
• Provide communication platforms for the sales team (monthly accounts sales meeting, email communication, and presenting to the wider team)
• Develop relationships internally and with customers to become the go-to sales data resource person
• Remain current on technical, industry and business issues and trends that affect our sales efforts

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Lead all important projects that affect the Large Format landscape for assigned accounts
• Take leadership role on important projects
• Perform ad hoc project management/support to support growth initiatives

REPORTING

• Establish best practice reporting, and oversee report updates, both weekly and monthly
• Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Compensation

Compensation: $64,000 - $96,000 + incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience.
