This role supports team sales goals, coaches peers, and uses digital tools to enhance clienteling and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting key performance indicators and supporting sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer‑centric behaviors and store standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
