This role supports store performance by meeting individual KPIs, contributing to visual standards, and helping to develop and coach other team members. Responsibilities

• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, support clienteling, and execute outreach.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support training, and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards, support merchandising, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
