• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and contribute to team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store initiatives, training, hiring, and community outreach.
• Balance multiple tasks while upholding company policies and a professional, inclusive work environment.

Requirements
