Sprouts Farmers Market in Albuquerque is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and promote new items in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

You will help prepare and serve food, assist with events, and drive sales while following food-safety guidelines and maintaining equipment. This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork across store staff.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and selling.
• Ability to follow cooking directions and stand at the tasting station for long periods.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop and other equipment.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Achieve sales goals by sharing products and encouraging trials.
• Coordinate event activities: setup/takedown, communicate events, manage sample inventory, prepare recaps.

Overview Of Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
• Coordinating all event activities, including:
  • Event setup and takedown
  • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
  • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
  • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
• Maintaining program specific equipment
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts product
• Thrives on customer engagement
• Ability to suggestively sell product
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to follow cooking directions
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office
• Strong organizational skills

• Intermediate level computer skills
