Sprouts Farmers Market in Southlake, TX seeks a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, lead product tastings, and support in-store events. You’ll prepare samples, explain product benefits, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring food safety and excellent customer service.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling. Training provided and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and can suggestively sell product.
• Willingness to learn and grow; can follow cooking/demonstration directions.
• Ability to stand at the tasting station for up to 8 hours.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Strong communication and rapport with store team and support office.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc., with directions.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery items.
• Achieve sales goals by sharing products with customers and encouraging tastings.
• Coordinate event activities: setup/takedown, meetings, inventory, and recap reports.
• Maintain program-specific equipment and follow food safety guidelines.
• Complete online trainings to build knowledge.

Overview Of Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
• Coordinating all event activities, including:
  • Event setup and takedown
  • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
  • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
  • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
• Maintaining program specific equipment
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base
