Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an AI Productivity Lead - Sales to drive the development and deployment of GPT-based tools that boost sales efficiency. You will translate business needs into AI workflows, design prompts, and maintain an expanding toolkit for the Sales team.

You will lead adoption, provide training, and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Operations to embed AI into existing processes while tracking impact with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing GPT-based tools, prompts, or AI workflows.
• Strong background in sales operations or revenue operations workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop GPT tools, prompts, and AI workflows for the sales org.
• Lead rollout, monitor usage, and optimize GPT tools.
• Collaborate with Enablement to create training and best practices.
• Measure AI impact and adoption across the sales org.
• Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization process for AI use cases.
• Work with Operations, IT, Marketing to integrate AI tools into systems.
• Report regularly to leadership on AI performance and optimization opportunities.
