The program focuses on Crystal Valley’s crop inputs, precision ag services, and operations as the path to a successful agronomy sales career.

The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually, plus 401k with company match, profit sharing, CDL and endorsements, PTO, disability plans, and wellness

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Desire to obtain CCA Certification
• Demonstrated experience understanding customers' problems and determining the best fit for their needs
