Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in the NJ/NY Metro area, present window and door replacement options, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This is a strong one-call close sales role with uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for a Sales Trip for top performers, plus a full insurance package and retirement plan.

Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments and use an iPad for product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Ability to navigate iPad applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in homes to present replacement options for windows and doors.
• Conduct sales presentations and close on the same day; no follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
