Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Northern Indiana Territory. Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled home appointments, delivering sales presentations for window and door replacements and closing decisions on the day of the visit.

This is a full-commission role with uncapped earning potential, excellent mentorship, and paid training. Travel and lifestyle flexibility are expected, with eligibility for comprehensive insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs of sample materials
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
