Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The first-time agents can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 per year. This is a 100% commission-based role, with additional bonuses up to $7,000 and an all-expense-paid trip valued at $8,000, based on sales in the first 90 days. We provide comprehensive training, onboarding, and opportunities for advancement. The role is remote, requiring a laptop/computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, and a smartphone. An insurance license is needed, and we can assist in obtaining one.
