Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Ventura, CA is seeking a Sales Agent to leverage your initiative and competitive drive. You will source leads, prospect, network, and pursue ambitious monthly goals while delivering outstanding service to members.

Starting hourly pay $28.85 with comprehensive benefits and paid training. After training, top performers earn between $99,600 and $121,700 annually, with uncapped commissions for exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance).
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
