Job summary

The Cascarella Agency is seeking self-motivated Virtual Insurance Consultants to join as independent contractors working remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will educate clients on life insurance and financial protection products, guiding them to suitable coverage while operating under a commission-based pay structure.

You can access optional compliant leads from our in-house marketing division, receive training, and have the chance to grow into leadership by building your own sales

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with remote work and commission-based pay.
• Must be based in the United States and 18+ with background screening.
• Licensed in Life Insurance or willing to obtain licensure with guidance.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking self-starting individuals to work as Virtual Insurance Consultants. In this role, you will educate and assist clients in selecting life insurance and other suitable financial protection products. All client interactions are conducted remotely, allowing you to operate from your preferred workspace.

• Minimum age of 18 with ability to pass a background screening
• Currently licensed in Life Insurance, or willing to complete licensing (we'll guide you through the process)
