AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Montpelier, VT is seeking talented sales professionals eager to build a profitable business. You will source leads, network continually, and drive to exceed monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service and retention.

This role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and a disciplined approach to go beyond the goals. Starting at an hourly rate, you can achieve substantial earnings with commission on sales goals, and enjoy comprehensive benefits,

Competenze

• Sales experience is highly preferred and helps meet monthly goals.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are required.
• High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen will be conducted.

Your success will require you to:

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skill
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
