Starting hourly at $23.08 with a path to six‑figure earnings through strong sales performance. The role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, a pension plan, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.

• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.

Qualifications:

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $23.08. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $90,300 - $110,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
