Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking talented sales professionals with drive to excel. You will source, develop leads, prospect and network to build a profitable book of business. You will be measured on meeting monthly goals and delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers an hourly starting rate with uncapped commissions after training, health and retirement benefits, and tuition assistance. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skill
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $23.08. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $90,300 - $110,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
