Job summary

Automobile Club Of Missouri Inc in Missouri is seeking motivated Sales Agents to source leads, prospect and network while delivering excellent customer service. The role starts with paid training and an hourly wage.

Successful agents can earn $90,300 to $110,400 annually with uncapped commissions; full benefits include health coverage, a pension and a 401(k) with company match, plus paid holidays and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen completed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; provide proof of auto liability insurance.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $90,300 - $110,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
