Job summary

AAA is seeking a Sales Agent to source and develop leads, prospect, network, and drive revenue. You will communicate effectively, provide strong customer service, and work toward monthly sales goals.

Qualifications include sales experience preferred, ability to obtain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses, and HS diploma (degree preferred). Starting wage is $24.04 per hour; annual earnings range $85,700–$104,700 with uncapped commissions on exceeding goals.

Sales Agent

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
