AAA in Auburn, ME is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent to build a profitable book of business through lead development and top-notch service.

You'll source, qualify and close opportunities, meet monthly goals, and communicate clearly with clients while delivering exceptional retention and value. Training included, compensation includes an hourly base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Sales Agent

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skill
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
