Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate at our Cricket Wireless retail location in Hurricane, WV. You will provide exceptional customer service, understand needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions.
No prior retail experience required; 18+ and ability to work 32 hours per week including evenings/weekends/holidays. Training provided and opportunities for growth within the Cricket Wireless brand.
Join a team with unlimited earning potential through commissions and PTO after 90 days.
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
- Attitude and technical aptitude for sales.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
- Able to work 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
- 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.
Responsabilités
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
- Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions.
- Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism.
- Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs, participate in events as needed.
