Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• 18 years old or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and reside within 30 minutes of a store location.
• Willing to participate in events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and uphold the brand.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in events and promotional activities when required.
