Mobilelink USA is hiring a Sales Advocate in Beckley, WV. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify customer needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions while upholding the Cricket brand. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to support store operations.

Unlimited earning potential with commissions, training provided, and a defined career path toward leadership within a growing retail network.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the US.
• Able to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and ready to work across district locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Present yourself in a neat, professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Provide extraordinary customer service and understand customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• May participate in outside sales events and promotional activities as needed.
• Attend scheduled events with advance notice and assist with event setup or breakdown.
