Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC seeks a Sales Advocate to provide outstanding customer service and tailor wireless solutions to customers. You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand, support store operations, and work toward meeting sales targets with bonus opportunities.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. We offer PTO after 90 days, dental, health, and vision insurance, plus company-paid life insurance.

• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand customer needs.

• Assist store leadership with daily operations and tasks.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs with potential bonus opportunities.
• Participate in outside events or promotions to support customer acquisition.
