Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless retail stores in Bluefield, VA. You’ll help customers choose solutions, provide friendly service, and contribute to a team that values integrity and growth.

You’ll work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with commission potential and benefits like PTO after 90 days, health and dental coverage. Prior retail experience helps, but attitude and service mindset matter most.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong attitude with technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Follow Team Color policy while maintaining a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; may earn bonuses.
• Participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Engage with customers, distribute materials, and assist with event setup/breakdown.
