Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor to join the Best Buy team in Madison. You will demonstrate Sony TVs, audio, and home theater gear, guiding customers with expert recommendations and lively demos.

The role offers a pay rate of 22.00 per hour, 20 hours per week (weekends), weekly W2 pay, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match. You’ll also participate in quarterly bonuses and paid time off as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Energetic communicator with a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to the Madison Best Buy location.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Tech-ready for reporting duties and demos.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm with customers and store associates through engaging demos.
• Provide effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly sales goals while handling objections.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products to enable confident sharing of knowledge.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to communicate feedback.
