Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor to bring premium home entertainment to shoppers at Best Buy in Davenport, IA. You will demonstrate Sony’s latest picture and sound tech and help customers discover products they’ll love.

This role offers pay $19–$21 per hour, a 20-hour weekly schedule (Fri 3pm-8pm, Sat-Sun 11am-7pm), weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or savvy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Reliable transportation to a local Best Buy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Tech readiness for reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm by delighting store associates and customers with demos of Sony's technology.
• Help customers make informed choices using effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations.
• Close sales and achieve weekly goals, overcoming objections.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony knowledge for confident sharing.
