Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Madison, Wisconsin. You will showcase Sony's latest home cinema innovations and help customers discover the right gear.

This role offers part-time hours (20 per week), hourly pay of $19–$21, weekly pay via W-2, paid training, and quarterly bonuses, with opportunities to build product knowledge and customer relationships while standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to store location.
• Tech-savvy for reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• Delight store associates and customers with demos of Sony home cinema tech.
• Provide engagement strategies and expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to communicate feedback.
