Job summary

ActionLink, Llc is hiring a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join the Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role offers 20 hours per week with weekend shifts (Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm) and an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $21.00.

As part of the team, you will demo Sony products, engage customers, close sales, and train store personnel on Sony technology. Weekly pay via direct deposit and paid training are provided, along with a 401(k) match and paid

Qualifications

• Sales experience or demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to engage customers and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Demo Sony products to customers and store staff.
• Provide effective engagement strategies and recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly sales goals.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos for feedback.
