Job summary

Sony, represented by ActionLink at Best Buy in Odessa, TX, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor. You’ll showcase cutting-edge televisions, home audio, and entertainment tech while engaging customers, answering questions, and guiding them to products that fit their lifestyle.

This role offers a $22.00 hourly pay for 20 hours per week with a Friday 2pm–7pm and weekend schedule, weekly pay via direct deposit, quarterly bonuses, paid training, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and enthusiasm for products.
• Reliable transportation to a local Best Buy store.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with reporting tasks on a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Sony products and engage customers with demos.
• Assist customers in selecting home theater and entertainment gear.
• Close sales and help meet weekly targets.
• Educate store staff about Sony products and updates.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to communicate feedback.
