ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join its Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Memphis, TN. You will demonstrate Sony products, engage customers, and help them choose home theater gear. This role offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour and 20 hours per week with weekend shifts.

W2 employment with weekly pay, paid training, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and paid time off are included to support your financial and professional growth.

Formación

• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to engage customers and close sales.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts (Fri–Sun).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Share your Sony enthusiasm by giving demos and showcasing Sony technology to store associates and customers.
• Help customers make informed choices with effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals, overcoming objections.
• Educate and train store personnel with Sony knowledge for confident sharing.
• Post-shift reporting: complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback.
