Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide clients through a high-touch, consultative experience as they select from some of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.
Building trust, delivering expert product knowledge, and creating lasting relationships are key to your success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new opportunities through personalized outreach, social media, referrals, internet leads, and walk-ins—becoming a trusted local expert in your brand.
  • Welcome clients with a professional demeanor that reflects the sophistication of the brand and dealership.
  • Conduct tailored vehicle presentations and test drives showcasing advanced technology, performance, and premium features.
  • Stay up to date on every model, trim, and incentive—serving as a resource for clients and your team.
  • Guide clients through the buying process, including trade-in appraisals and discussions around financing, lease structures, and protection options.
  • Partner with Finance & Insurance (F&I) experts to finalize deals and deliver a seamless closing experience.
  • Approach negotiations with integrity, transparency, and a focus on customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
  • Provide personalized post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, and encourage future business and referrals.
  • Build a loyal client base by delivering an exceptional experience that drives repeat business and referrals in the highline market.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to match clients with the right vehicle and uncover opportunities for value-added products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of luxury or high-performance automotive sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, client-focused environment.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships through professionalism, follow-up, and tailored service.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including needs analysis, presentation, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while delivering white-glove service.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements, including background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with high-line brands (e.g., Porsche, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover).

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off, including weekends (Sundays off).
