Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate for our Pennsylvania locations to grow membership enrollment through knowledgeable, friendly service. You will present passes, educate customers on promotions, and build lasting relationships to reach sales targets.

This role offers commission-based earnings, employee benefits, and a supportive team culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction. Great for motivated sales professionals.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
