Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a motivated sales associate to present, promote, and sell memberships at our Pottstown location in PA. You will educate customers on promotions and products, build strong customer relationships, and work toward achieving sales targets.

Join a team that values energy, teamwork, and delivering a positive service experience while contributing to our growth across our 90 locations. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a customer-focused mindset.

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Essential Functions

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
