Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring for a on-site position focused on selling and promoting membership passes. You will educate customers on promotions, build relationships, and work toward sales targets with a strong emphasis on service and a positive experience.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings, teamwork, and contributing to a friendly, fast-paced car wash environment. Experience in retail sales is desirable.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
