Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring a motivated Membership Sales Associate to drive sign-ups at our Savannah location. You will educate customers on promotions, build positive relationships and meet sales targets while delivering a friendly service experience.

Join a growing team with benefits including health, retirement and employee discounts. You will walk customers through passes, answer questions and close memberships with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
