Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate to promote and sell LUV memberships at our location. You will educate customers on current promotions, build positive relationships, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a focus on providing a friendly, high-quality service experience to every guest.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
