Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a motivated sales-focused team member to promote and sell LUV membership passes at the store level. You will educate customers on promotions, build strong relationships, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a friendly service experience.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a commitment to representing the LUV brand with energy and integrity.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
