Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Pottstown, PA is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate to join our team. Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes, build relationships with customers, and help our locations meet sales targets.

You will work on-site at 150 Shoemaker Rd, enjoy commission opportunities, overtime, and a benefits package including health, vision, dental and 401(k). The role emphasizes customer service, negotiation, and a teamwork-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or consumer retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
