Job summary

LUV Carwash in West Norriton, PA is seeking a motivated membership sales specialist to drive passes and memberships at our 444 Egypt Rd location.

You will present, promote and sell LUV membership passes, build positive relationships, and hit sales targets while delivering outstanding service. This role reports to the General Manager and offers benefits, overtime opportunities and a path for growth in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships or subscriptions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
