LUV Car Wash in Coatesville, PA is seeking a Membership Sales Associate who thrives on hitting sales targets and delivering a friendly, high-energy service experience.

You will promote and sell LUV memberships, build positive customer relationships, and educate guests on promotions and products. This role reports to the General Manager and includes commission opportunities along with benefits.

• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
