• Prior dealership, sales admin, or title clerk experience is a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process vehicle sales deals from start to finish.
• Manage stock numbers and weekly inventory updates.
• Update pricing and equipment details in inventory system.
• Maintain and update vehicle listings on our website.
• Process purchase documents for used trucks and handle DMV title transfers.
• Enter and close purchase orders and reconcile vehicle proposals.
• Verify vehicle costs for accounting accuracy.
• Schedule drivers and coordinate deliveries.
• Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Submit warranty paperwork and scan delivery receipts.
• Support marketing efforts by taking vehicle photos for web listings.
