Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing or admin role.
• Experience processing orders and quotations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce customer quotations.
• Process a high volume of customer and product orders accurately and efficiently.
• Take and manage orders by telephone and email.
• Speak confidently with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Follow up quotations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order process.
