Job summary

Checkered Flag Automotive Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Sales Administrator to support vehicle sales operations and paperwork processing. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork within a busy dealership environment.

You will review sales documents, handle DMV-related forms, and organize signed materials for processing while assisting Team Leaders and Product Specialists with data entry in dealership systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ year of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews documents related to vehicle sales.
• Processes in and out-of-state paperwork for the DMV.
• Assembles signed documents and organizes for processing.
• Assists Team Leaders and Product Specialists with entering information into the dealership’s systems.

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1 or more years of administrative experience
