SAM. is a luxury outerwear brand seeking a Wholesale Sales Administrative Assistant for its New York headquarter offices

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• All aspects of daily customer-related administrative tasks
• Communication with accounts regarding order details; checking vendor orders for accuracy,order entry and management of order confirmations
• Main point of contact for Nuorder templates and UPC uploads
• Ensure seasonal copy sheets are completed and sent to online partners
• EDI intake and maintenance
• Shipment tracking to insure on time deliveries
• Maintain and monitor weekly selling reports for all major accounts by utilizing external (retail) portals
• Maintain the wholesale event calendar.
• Monitor ecommerce websites to ensure accuracy, identify if newness is published/live.
• Provide supportin market appointments and maintain showroom set-up
• Sample Management: Manage photo and showroom samples, track sample loans, including packing and shipping of product
• Assist on ecommerce photo shoots

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in wholesale setting
• Strong Excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools and quick to learn new systems
• Familiarity with retail math
• Strong attention to detail
• Multitasker
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range: the range for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000 annual salary.

Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.

Location: This is a hybrid position 3-4 days a week in New York City Office
