Farmers Insurance - Spears Agency LLC in Monroe, Washington is seeking a Full-Time Sales Admin Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer multiple phone lines, greet visitors, draft letters and reports, and perform routine clerical duties with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role supports the sales team by processing policy changes, promoting products, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.

• Prospect for new business by following referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for advancement and additional income opportunities, training provided.
• Base pay and benefits will depend on experience and increase when P&C license is obtained by the candidate if entry level.
