Farmers Insurance - Spears Agency LLC in Monroe, Washington is seeking a Full-Time Sales Admin Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer multiple phone lines, greet visitors, draft letters and reports, and perform routine clerical duties with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role supports the sales team by processing policy changes, promoting products, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, intuitive and resourceful.
• Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Contact businesses and individuals by telephone to promote products, services and referrals.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain high retention and loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by using phone, email and lead lists.
• Prospect for new business by following referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
