Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Lake City, FL is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our manufacturing facility. This full-time, on-site role supports sales teams, prepares orders, and coordinates production and shipping schedules.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–2 years related experience, strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a sales-support role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
• Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
• Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enter payments received on homes.
• Types Data Plates and Packs for homes.
• Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
• Prepares State reports for all homes.
• Answers phone calls and general filing.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.

Job Title: Sales Administrator

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Prepared By: Corporate HR

Full-Time: Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm

On-Site: Lake City FL
