Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Lake City, FL seeks skilled Production Workers to build manufactured housing at the Skyline Homes facility. You will join a team on the production line and perform quality work safely in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to read blueprints and use hand, air, and electrical tools. Training and growth are supported in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, and perform quality work safely, in a fast-moving and consistent manner.
