Job summary

4Rivers Equipment is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Sales team and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site Colorado role offers opportunity for growth within a John Deere-affiliated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of post-secondary education in business, finance, or equivalent experience encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong organizational skills and math ability.
• Able to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and positive mindset; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team throughout the sales process.
• Purchase/Transfer warranty for equipment and ensure deal completeness.
• Handle warranty registration, purchase order administration, and invoicing details.
• Manage inventory ordering, receipting, control and vendor communications.
• Coordinate sales packet completeness and communicate Service Dept. progress.
• Maintain documentation and assist with data entry as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years post-secondary education in business/finance or equivalent experience

Strong analytical and math skills

Strong organizational skills

Education and Qualifications
