Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Sales Administration setup specialist in New Orleans, LA to own the end-to-end customer setup process from sale through first billing. You will resolve issues across sales, finance, dispatch, and operations while ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, administering Welcome Packets, and tracking service metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup process from time of sale to first billing and ensure timely customer setup.
• Resolve setup problems by coordinating with sales, finance, dispatch, operations and container shop.
• Reduce setup errors by identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Interface with sales, operations and container shop to coordinate for customer delivery and service adjustments; perform initial setups and follow-ups.
• Verify service achievement by administering the Welcome Packet and coordinating follow-up meetings or calls.
• Track and prepare metrics reports.
• Be proficient with setup database, job aids and filing procedures.
• Support container inventory and maintenance tracking.
• Support sales, operations, dispatch and finance departments.

Essential Job Functions

• Assume ownership of setup process by ensuring each customer receives a quality and timely setup from time of sale through pickup and until first billing.
• Solve any potential or actual setup problems by personally demanding compliance from sales, finance, dispatch, operations and container shop.
• Error management i.e. reduce / eliminate setup errors by "catching" and addressing immediately.
• Interface and Communicate with sales, operations and container shop to coordinate for customer delivery and service adjustments. Initial setups and follow-ups.
• Verify service achievement: Administer "Welcome Packet" and coordinate follow up meeting(s)/phone call(s) to ensure successful service.
• Track and prepare metrics reports.
• Be proficient with setup database, job aids and filing procedures.
• Support of container inventory / maintenance tracking.
• Support sales, operations, and dispatch and finance departments.
